As a Financial Reporting Specialist, you will be the owner of the financial systems and will be involved in their evolution, maintenance and day-to-day configuration.

On top of leading the implementation of changes linked with projects, improvement initiatives or financial principles, you will actively support the company in its decision-making process and strategy by providing recurrent and ad-hoc reports / analysis.

Job Duties

  • Participate in both operational and financial analysis from a system and functional standpoint
  • Act as the point of contact in terms of financial systems across the company
  • Manage the cooperation and coordination of external stakeholders related to financial aspect of systems design, implementation, testing and changes
  • Support and improve the financial systems and perform configuration tasks.
  • Participate actively to the monthly closing.
  • Elaborate and operate corporate performances reports and regular top management reporting and analysis
  • Extract and compute data from source systems to support business units in their decision making processes
  • Specify the necessary evolutions of the corporate reporting environment
  • Perform ad hoc targeted analyses.

Required skills

  • Business School, University degree in computer science, maths, applied statistics or a related area.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a Finance/Reporting environment (or similar)
  • Experience in data analytics and ERP processes understanding/modelling
  • Experience in project management
  • Proven knowledge & experience with SQL, MS Office standard
  • At ease with data analysis and BI tools such as Power BI, Business Objects
  • Strong analytical, planning and organisation skills.
  • Able to work under time pressure demanded by tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.
  • Fluent in both French and English required.
