In this role you will:

- Work as the Subject Matter Expert and system administrator for the financial systems maintenance, development and master data changes
- Take responsibility for data governance for finance and ensure correct execution of data maintenance for any changes (e.g. organization or accounting changes)
- Contribute and drive finance systems projects and changes to successful conclusion
- Support annual planning process by managing the required preparations and activities in the EPM system
- Support the monthly and year-end closing processes and reporting by managing the required preparation and activities in the financial systems
- Build and adapt the standard reports to reflect the finance and business requirements
- Manage the annual ICS review and documentation
- Add value by contributing to continuous improvement and optimization of finance processes

The successful applicant will have:

- BA/MA in Finance or Business administration or similar, with extensive and broad Finance and related systems experience
- Proven experience with Finance system implementation
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting systems
- Knowledge and experience in cost accounting, cost management and project management
- Highly organized and strong analytical skills
- Focus on detail while able to understand and see the big picture
- Proactive and willing to take responsibility
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong team player
- Good written and spoken English communication skills, German is preferred
