Global Communications Manager: EpiCX Engagement and Adoption Project (temporary for a maximum of 2 years)

The EpiCX Communications Manager will be accountable for driving organizational engagement to support the rollout and implementation of a global customer engagement system (EpiCX). S/he will serve 1-2 years as a member of the EpiCX project team and report directly to the Pharma Communications team.

S/he will help deliver powerful and relevant communications about the EpiCX project that effectively engage employees through various internal channels, platforms and events. This includes developing captivating content and strategic messaging, providing expert counsel and identifying the best opportunities for creating support for change.

In this role, you will primarily be accountable for:

  • Leading the development and implementation of integrated internal EpiCX communications and change management/ organisational engagement plan

  • Serving as a change agent, building an EpicX partner community that drives employee motivation and engagement

  • Establishing methods to generate insights that enable the development of appropriate response strategies surrounding questions and/or feedback about EpiCX

  • Providing counsel and feedback to executives that supports targeted communications to reach objectives and enhance stakeholder engagement around EpiCX

  • Reinforcing desired Pharma cultural / mindset changes through communication activities

Requirements:

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience as a change agent (planning and activation of integrated programmes in network-based environment)

  • Good understanding of Roche and the Pharma industry

  • Track record of developing creative, disruptive and impactful employee communications deliverables in a healthcare related environment

  • Ability to extract and quickly process key information, summarise needs and interests of internal customers and provide targeted and appropriate insights and recommendations

  • Proven ability to be a self-starter, build strong relationships and networks

  • 7-10 years of corporate affairs experience (note internal communications experience is essential)
