Your tasks
Support the international omnichannel and customer experience strategy through continuously improved CCC processes

Define international CCC standards to achieve successful performances across all activities and group companies

Intervene and support markets when their CCC performances are below target

Ensure that Audiological Care provides outstanding customer care to its customers

Identify, measure and track key performance indicators and metrics in order to maximize revenue and customer experience

Model and set the contact center's culture, values, and behavior on an international level

Identify and promote local and external best practices
Your profile
Degree in Business and Marketing

5-7 years' work experience in contact centers or Customer care, ideally in the insurance or telco industry

Prior experience in implementing processes in a contact center environment including mobile, chat, email, social, SMS, self-service or video to help promote a superior customer experience

Fluent in English (Fluency in German or French nice to have)
