Position Summary

We have an open position for a Global Mobility Operations Manager to join the Global Mobility Switzerland team. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the efficient, consistent and accurate delivery of the global mobility-related administrative activities for Nestlé in Switzerland and will report to the Head of Global Mobility Switzerland.

This role is responsible for maximising operational excellence and ensuring high quality deliverables from the Nestlé Mobility Operations Team such as assignment documentation, transfer activation instructions, payroll instructions, supplier invoices and payments.

A day in the life of a Global Mobility Operations Manager
  • Manage a team of 8 mobility coordinators and specialists (setting and reviewing performance goals, identifying and supporting training needs and development, resource and workload allocation, etc.)
  • Act as process owner for MO Team activities
  • Accountable for department invoicing and finance matters to ensure accurate and timely payment and recharging of costs and expenses, as well as relevant reporting
  • Continuously review processes to ensure optimal efficiency and accuracy
  • Make use performance measures and KPIs to monitor activity and accuracy and develop targets to assess improvement opportunities
  • Perform periodic data audits and checks to ensure accuracy
  • Support projects and activities in conjunction with the leadership team
  • Act as an advocate of mobility through knowledge sharing, training and information sessions
  • Manage data requests for budgeting, management reporting or compliance purposes
What will make you successful
  • 5+ years' experience of global mobility management in a large-scale expatriate population
  • Proven team management skills & change management experience with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Strong communication skills & intercultural agility
  • Result-oriented with ability to multitask & prioritize with excellent attention to detail
  • Customer-focused with capacity to proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications and familiar with SAP HR
  • Fluent in English, French would be a plus
