Global Service & Support is the interface and support to our GF sales companies for the daily sales achievements and activities including projects or tenders, technical and price issues, claims, and follow-up of any complex matter involving more departments.

You are in permanent exchange with your colleagues, other departments and our customers. In addition, you are service- and solution-oriented.

Global Service & Support Coordinator (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

  • Sales-oriented support of the GF Piping sales companies and customers in all commercial and administrative questions such as:
    • Calculation and opening of Project Pricing inquiries in SAP
    • Opening of special orders in IT applications such as SAP, PLM, etc.
    • Register of test orders for the laboratories in IT applications such as SAP, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), etc.
    • Support of services in the administrative area such as Track&Trace, Nondestructive Testing, Pipe Condition, Digital Services, etc.
    • Answering customer inquiries about certificates and clarifying them with the relevant authorities
    • Support and, if necessary, carry out delivery audit inquiries and goods acceptance
  • Ensuring performance in the area of complaints and quality assurance:
    • Preparation of management reports
    • Interface to QM departments, GF IT and other involved departments
    • Allocation of not taken over complaints to the responsible departments
    • Training on the Complaint Database users e.g. in the plants, sales companies, Product Management, etc.
    • Support in the further development of the complaint database for new plants and sales companies

Your profile:

  • A successfully completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship and 2 - 3 years of professional experience in an industrial environment
  • Sound knowledge of the most important applications such as MS Office, SAP, and other office systems.
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • A high level of commitment and quick perception
  • Accustomed to responsible, independent and structured work
