Role:

Owner of the Global Strategic Accounts relationship, developing the strategies and plans to grow Ferring’s business with these international networks and delivering on our leadership ambition by 2025. Responsible for the coordination of activities with the countries, functions, and internal stakeholders. Responsible for the value offerings definition, development, and deployment in order to build a preferred partnership relationship with these customers. This role is critical in a fast consolidating market. These customers represent more than 10% of Ferring’s total global reproductive medicine sales and is fast increasing. This role will also be instrumental in driving the upskilling of the Ferring organisations in the countries towards stronger Key Account Management.

Responsibilities and duties:

· Assess & prioritizes global accounts based on clear and measurable criteria (e.g., economic value, strategic relevance, potential, patients, and stakeholders) with account-level profiling data verified from multiple relevant sources, e.g. external vendors (e.g., IMS), internal profiling (through KAMs, MSLs, reps,…)

· Develops & owns structured cross-functional & country account plans in coordination with the markets with situational analysis, forecast, objectives, tactics, and action plans for each strategic account that are quarterly updated

· Responsible for the value offerings definition, coordination, development when relevant, and deployment: narratives & framework of the total value offerings, commercial policies, clinical & R&D, product/portfolio, market expansion & access…

· Processes & governance set up to drive close coordination across countries, functions, and stakeholders

· Championing of Key Account Management transformation in Ferring across the markets through change management programs

Required Experience & Competences:

· Minimum 10 years of healthcare industry experience with emphasis on customer/key account facing, P/L and marketing experiences, ideally with a track record in a local and global or regional setting

· Key Account Management experience in Healthcare Sector, including with C-suite level stakeholders, with proven track of record for developing key accounts sales

· Strong customer relationship, presentation and communication skills

· Demonstrated success in managing major/complex projects

· Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment with influencing skills

· Bachelor’s degree level in Business/ Marketing and/or Science but relevant experience supersedes education requirement

· Fluent in English, outstanding English writing skills and preferably a sound knowledge of another language
