The Global Data migration team is a distributed, international team made of people belonging to the different regional Avaloq entities. Currently the team has got a strong presence in Switzerland and Spain with light presence in UK and Asia but with a demand for growth in all Avaloq markets. The team includes very senior members as well as growing young talented people.

Your mission:

• Develop and enforce standard and predictable processes, procedures and templates to be used during the Avaloq implementation projects for customers in an on premises model or as part of our SaaS and BPaas offering
• Create a continuous improvement culture, aiming for the best quality and efficiency of the migration within client projects.
• Manage the distributed team implementing state of the art collaboration processes based on enterprise tools.
• Enable the people growing and managing their career paths.
• Drive the Clients during the project execution supporting mappings of data and transformation logic definition.

What you need:

• University degree in Engineering, Banking, Finance, Business or Economics
• Experience in minimum 3 different Platform Migration projects as Migration Stream Leader or equivalent, with Avaloq core banking migration a definite advantage
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience within the banking/financial industry
• Knowledge of modern ETL process and tools
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills with an emphasis on client service and presentation
• An excellent team player and willing to share knowledge and create a collaboration culture and managing though influence

• European languages are advantageous
