Manager R&D Process Development

In our Research & Development group, we develop hearing solutions and services for hearing impaired people, hearing care professionals, and further related people, in the form of hearing devices, accessories, web services, mobile applications, and PC software. As Manager R&D Process Development you will shape our process landscape and help the teams to bring these medical products to the market, fully compliant to the regulations.

Your tasks

  • Act as a liaison between process owners, stream leadership teams, projects teams and other departments (e.g. Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing)
  • Plan and oversee the activities related to the process development engineering within R&D
  • Support project teams to enable a lean design & development process
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations, provided by QM/RA or Legal
  • Support and coach Project Leaders, Product Owners and other stakeholders to follow our medical SOP
  • First level go-to person for process related project questions
  • Identification of pain points within projects and translation of findings to solution approaches
  • Support of update or creation of standard operating procedures and templates

Your profile

  • BSc/MSc degree in Engineering discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in process development or project management
  • Experience in different project setups (waterfall, agile) is a strong plus
  • Experience in modern methodologies around innovation and digital (lean, agile, etc.)
  • Able solve conflicts, build trust and inspire 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, fluent German is a plus
