Job description

In collaboration with local teams, lead Tissot business deployment trough Online Marketplaces and online retailers respecting Tissot corporate strategic orientation: o Manage current marketplaces worldwide and increase brand visibility as well as online sales o Identify new opportunities and negotiate for the most adapted business model o Work on legal aspects of new distribution contractual agreements o Manage marketplaces projects deployment and coordinate with IT, Supply Chain and Customer Service o Coordinate marketing plan and activations with HQ marketing and local teams o Ensure that brand visibility is in accordance with our guideline and in coordination with graphic team o Support and train local teams to provide the right content in the right place o Control and streamline Tissot pricing strategy across all markets, including digital o Share best practices between countries o Analyze sales performances by region and market o Check P&L & solutions to improve the bottom line (KPI's) o Insure a good brand experience for final customer (SLAs)


o Digital native o Team player, proactive, self-motivated, results driven and professional person o Proficiency in communication, project management and negotiation o Analysis, synthesis skills coupled to a pragmatic global approach o At ease with numbers and people (excellent interpersonal skills) o Luxury brand and watches sensibility

Professional requirements

o High commercial education o Minimum 5 years successful proven international e-Commerce if possible in a luxury environment


o French & English excellent (spoken and written)
