For one of our clients, an international company based in Lausanne, we are currently looking for an Office Manager :

Your challenges
  • Front desk (reception) and telephone calls handling and screening
  • Office management: facilities management and procurement
  • Filing and various administrative tasks
  • Managing correspondence
  • Providing extensive calendar management (schedule & maintain all calendar items)
  • Meeting rooms management and meeting scheduling
  • Making appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including visa applications, booking flights, accommodation for Company’s top management and collaborators

Your profile
  • First experience as Office manager
  • Fluency in French, English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good structured and synthetic approach, flexible, autonomous and good team player
  • Proficient with MS Office programs
