Our client, a swiss bank institution, is currently recruiting a service and custom oriented person as an

Online-Banking Support

Your Responsibilities/Tasks:

  • Ensure an excellent assistance as the first contact person to Relationship Managers and final clients in any enquiry related to e-banking platforms connectivity and functionalities

  • For the e-banking access you manage the whole process, like opening the account, supervising and closing the account

  • Any requests of clients through emails and phone calls are organized and supported on a first level basis

  • Problem solver for any connection errors or dysfunctions

  • The go-to person for endangered cases

  • Editing any client related banking operations requests



Your Profil:

  • Graduated Master degree

  • Experience in Support service/client facing positions

  • In German and English you are business-fluent, French will be a plus (advanced)
