Your tasks
Implement initiatives to further develop and execute Sonova's global D&I strategy in close collaboration with the global D&I council, the HR organization and the Corporate Responsibility team

Driving the set-up of new D&I governance structure within the global organization, ensure ownership and build the required channels to align and coordinate, as well as drive ownership

Advancing the defined D&I goals and the implementation of initiatives in the organization, based on a clear roadmap and action plan to promote a diverse and inclusive work environment

Using and further developing data analytics and reporting tools to monitor actual progresses and target achievements

Identifying external dynamics, recognizing research and best practice which will increase diversity among the workforce and foster inclusiveness

Driving regular innovative internal and external communication on our progress in D&I in collaboration with the newsroom and employer branding team, highlighting the broad spectrum of diversity

Facilitating awareness and representing Sonova's D&I ambition all across the organization, engaging all employees, but particularly people leaders on an international basis
Your profile
University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Social studies

International background, having lived and worked in different regions of the world

Experienced in Program Management as well as track record in Diversity Management and designing and managing complex, group-wide initiatives

Cosmopolitan mindset with the ability to inspire the organization

Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills and ability to bring various groups and people to the table and establish buy-in

Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills

Willingness to travel up to 20%

Proficient in English, other languages are a plus
