Trust Administrator, Corporate Team 100% (w/m)

As part of the Corporate Team the placeholder is mainly responsible to
manage his portfolio of entities in order to collect all the necessary
documentation to prepare the complete accounting, deliver all the necessary
information and reports in order to meet the deadlines and support the rest of
the team to achieve its goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Preparing of monthly, quarterly and yearly Financial Statements for off- and onshore structures in various jurisdictions and reconciliation of accounts such as banks, sub- and general ledgers
  • Preparing of documents for audit purposes as well as resolutions, AGM’s and Proxies, in compliance with the Group’s internal control and audit standards
  • Responsible for the monthly, quarterly & year-end reporting’s
  • Handling the quarterly invoicing cycle
  • Execution of client payments
  • Preparing of tax returns
  • Creating journal entries
  • Liaise and interact with clients, client advisors, and other offices in order to prepare the financial statements and other accounting related requests
  • Liaise and interact with Trust Officers and Relationship Managers
  • Work in an efficient, accurate and entrepreneurial way in compliance with internal procedures (accounting guidelines)
  • Participating in ad hoc projects
  • Proactively support team members with any queries and foster open and good working relationships with them

Relevant experience & skills

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in accounting (experience in a trust environment is a plus) and preferably Swiss Certification in Accounting, Qualification as Swiss Certified Fiduciary Accountant (Treuhänder/in mit eidg. Fachausweis) is a plus
  • Good technical knowledge in off- and onshore structures from the accounting perspective, preferably in a fiduciary environment
  • High IT affinity as well as very good Abacus and MS Office knowledge (specifically Excel),
  • Business orientated attitude
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written in English and German
  • Exceptional negotiation skills in a multi-cultural and cross-functional environment
  • Highly discreet and organized with great attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently
  • Flexible, adaptable and highly service-oriented with good problem
    solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
