IT-Leiter ad Interim (m/w/d)
As a group-wide Chief Information Officer (CIO) ad interim, you will play a pivotal role in leading our IT team, driving innovation and overseeing technology initiatives across the organization.
We are looking for an exceptional professional with a proven track record in a similar industry who can demonstrate exemplary leadership skills.
Your primary objective is to provide stable and reliable IT support to our ongoing business.
Technologicalinnovation and development:
- Lead and oversee the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions that enhance our service offerings and optimize our business processes.
Business Operations, Operational Excellence and Efficiency:
- Provide a robust infrastructure, team and processes to support daily business operations.
- Optimizing IT operations to improve efficiency, security and cost effectiveness while complying with industry regulations and standards.
- Streamlining IT processes and workflows to maximize productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks.
Team development and talent management:
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the IT team for professional growth and innovation.
- Recruiting, training, mentoring and managing a high-performing IT team by fostering collaboration and creating a positive work environment.
Managing relationships with stakeholders:
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand their technology needs and ensure effective communication and alignment of IT initiatives.
Budget accountability:
- Managing a budget that reflects the organization's commitment to innovation and excellence.
- Ensure a balance between cost control and investment in new technology to maximize competitive advantage.
- Budget planning and cost management to maximize ROI on IT spend to drive smart investments in technologies that drive business growth.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in various organizations in a similar role, with experience in innovation consulting or a related industry a plus.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential impact on business strategies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with stakeholders.
Adaptability to and success in a dynamic, fast-paced and multicultural work environment.
Proven success in leading a stable IT organization to support daily business operations.
