The Communications department at the AO needs someone to join its lively, exciting team. You will join a small creative team delivering branding, graphic design, photography, and videography. With your detail-oriented passion for creative operations and digital asset management, you will help to enhance the strength of the AO's brand. The position is based at the AO's headquarters in Davos, Switzerland.
As a Digital Asset Manager, you excel in maintaining order and efficiency within our digital library of creative assets at the AO. Working closely with the creative team, you are the go-to person so that every asset is precisely tagged, cataloged, and accessible. Furthermore, you will help build a new brand portal and support the AO photographer in briefing processes and supervising external photographers. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the organization, categorization, and maintenance of the digital asset library, ensuring all creative assets are up to date, accurately tagged, and easily accessible to the team and the whole organization
- Coordination with the creative team to ensure timely uploading and management of new assets, including images, videos, graphics, brand assets, and other digital content
- Regular audits of the digital asset library to maintain an up-to-date database and high-quality stored assets
- Briefing and supervision of external photographers, ensuring that brand standards and image requirements are met
- Support the creation of a new AO brand portal with regular audits and updates of the brand portal content
- Close collaboration with designers, photographers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for creative digital asset needs
- Training for our internal stakeholders and onboarding of new users to the digital asset management (DAM) system, and assisting with questions
- Bachelor's degree in information management, digital asset management, photography, graphic design, or a related field is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in DAM and/or photography logistics, preferably in the medical industry
- Proficiency in DAM systems and related software (eg, Bynder, Adobe Creative Suite, Photo Mechanic, and content management systems)
- Knowledge of photography principles
- A keen eye for visual details
- Knowledge of the medical industry and an understanding of brand management is a plus
- Understanding of copyright laws and image rights
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality control
- Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
- Enthusiastic about DAM and creative operations
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). German as an added value.

HYBRID WORKING: For this role we are offering a hybrid working model, with one (1) office day per week in Davos and the rest working remotely within Switzerland.
