As a Sustainable Packaging Innovation Trainee, at Nestlé Research & Development Konolfingen, you will contribute to our team objectives with an inquisitive and creative mind. Your strong interest in food, packaging, innovation and sustainability, your ability to work in a fast-paced and versatile multinational environment and your service orientation are key criteria for your success.


 


A day in the life of a Sustainable Packaging Innovation Trainee:

 


• Drive innovation projects in the area of alternative delivery models, like packaging free retail or reusable packaging models
• Contribute actively to the design and refinement of innovative sustainable business models for different product categories and markets
• Find creative and impactful ways to communicating these business models and consumer journeys within the company
• Help to manage the stakeholders and project teams in order to initiate market and shop tests
• Play an active role in the organization, facilitation and participation of creative workshops


What will make you successful

 


• Bachelor graduate or master’s degree student in business as well as sustainability related studies
• Ability to conceptualize complex ideas and processes, along the full value chain
• Sensibility for business needs, consumer needs and sustainability
• Ability to delve deeply into a topic, challenge and go beyond of what was asked for
• Excellent organizational skills and being autonomously
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders in different levels of the organization
• Fluency in English (verbal and written communication skills
