We are looking for a Compliance Monitoring Analyst to join our Compliance Monitoring team at our headquarters in Baar.

The main tasks and responsibilities include:

Contribute to the delivery of the Annual Monitoring Plan by supporting with the preparation, execution and reporting of compliance monitoring reviews (including, but not limited to, conducting interviews and process walkthroughs with the relevant stakeholders, executing fieldwork in accordance with the developed testing plans and assisting with the preparation of written review reports).

The ideal candidate:

• Is a team player, eager to join one of the commodity industry leading companies and willing to specialize in compliance monitoring/auditing and internal control assessment
• Is detail-oriented and able to perform well under pressure
• Has strong analytical skills
• Is not afraid of handling conflicts

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with max 1-2 years of experience
• Willingness to travel worldwide at least 30% of the time
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English proficiency)
• Good know-how in using IT applications (in particular, Ms Excel and Ms Word)
• Previous experience in accounting or auditing is a plus
