For our Techfirm Industrial Services team, we would like to integrate an
Document Controller (M/W/D)
Ready to join us in Switzerland to take up new challenges together!
WHAT WILL BE YOUR TASKS ?
· Ensure uniform document procedures across all organization departments.
· Verify and approve documents prior to filing.
· Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure accurate document categorization.
· Monitor and evaluate systems, identifying opportunities for improvement.
· Manage the in-house documentation system.
· Scan and upload hard copy documents.
· Maintain internal drawing registers.
· Keep an updated Database Register displaying document details and revision status.
· Establish a Distribution Matrix for allocating controlled document copies.
· Ensure all documentation meets formal requirements and standards.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU ?
· Education: Bachelor or Master in Business/commercial
· Further Education: Safety Engineer according to SUVA regulation (SUVA certificate).
· Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role in a GMP environment.
· Languages: Proficient in German & English (Business Fluent, Level C1 minimum).
· Ability to work collaboratively in one or more teams.
· Excellent IT skills (MS Office, SAP, etc.).
· Attention to detail.
· High degree of accuracy.
· Highly organized.
· Flexibility, proactivity, reliability, and honesty.
