Tamedia: Beyond the Headlines. As Switzerland's strongest editorial network, we help shape the country's topics and debates. Our bespoke software, Unity, serves as the core platform for our editorial teams, empowering hundreds of journalists to seamlessly create, review and manage news content across our various publications and distribution channels. We're in search of a frontend technical team lead to spearhead the continuous enhancement of our news editor, integrating cutting-edge AI features, productivity enhancements, and other exciting CMS updates.

What you can expect:

• Close collaboration with cross-functional teams, notably the Product Owner, Requirements Engineer, Backend, and Content Distribution teams spread across various locations, to actively shape and drive the implementation of new features

We are looking for:

• An experienced software engineer with a proven record of delivering successful product releases, adept at anticipating and mitigating challenges

• You possess a forward-thinking mindset, shaping code architecture and influencing development with your expertise
• Effective communication is a strength, enabling you to convey technical concepts convincingly and support team members effectively
• Your ability to craft a compelling technological vision guides our decisions and drives innovation within the codebase
• Specifically, we're seeking individuals with proficiency in modern React, Typescript, MUI, Styled Components, React-Query, Redux and React Hook Forms
