Our client is Lalique Beauty, www.lalique-group.com, a niche player in the creation, development, marketing and global distribution of luxury products. The innovative business focuses on perfumes, cosmetics, crystal, jewelry, high-end furniture and lifestyle accessories. Lalique Beauty is a business division of Lalique Group specializing in the creation, management, manufacturing and distribution of high-quality perfume and cosmetic brands in niche segments. We’re seeking somebody with an entrepreneurial mindset to fill this exciting position.

Bear strategic and operational brand responsibility, ranging from the development of the marketing strategy to responsibility for sales and budgets
Lead the creation and development of new products and marketing activities, and ensure online and offline brand implementation worldwide in alignment with the brand’s DNA
Analyze market trends, consumer needs and competitor benchmarks
Create and develop communication campaigns and implement new themes/promotional concepts at the POS (windows, in-store podiums, etc.)
Lead digital marketing activities and provide marketing content to the digital teams, following timelines and budgets
Ensure a smooth and efficient working relationship with our external partners and licensors

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a major in marketing or a similar subject
- Four or more years of relevant professional experience within global marketing and product development, preferable in the perfume/ cosmetic industry
- MUST HAVE: Strong understanding of brands and the luxury segment, plus a track record in retail, trade and digital marketing
- Genuine, motivated, hands-on personality; high level of initiative
- Solution and KPI focus; excellent strategic and communication skills; proactive personality
- International mindset. Experience outside of Switzerland is a plus
- Fluent English. German and other languages are advantageous
