This job is for an experienced paralegal in the asset management sector, who is looking to have a position where they will have the chance to negotiate and perform tasks in autonomy.

About the job:

• Managing and completing fund subscription process
• Managing KYC and AML obligations
• Reviewing and negotiating NDAs
• Completing annual tax and regulatory reporting filings
• Managing the filing of the document management system
• Assisting the company secretary function and managing corporate housekeeping documents
• Reviewing company and standard investment documentation and providing feedback on that to the General Counsel
• Together with the team, managing and overseeing external counsel
• Coordinating signatures of legal documents and organizing for notarization of the same
• Collecting apostilles

About the candidate:

• Paralegal education or law degree
• Minimum of 10 years' experience
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Detailed oriented
• Excellent command of written and spoken German and English
• Already resident in Switzerland
