MSP Administrator (m/w/d)
For now on, Randstad is delivering a Managed Service Program (MSP) for different clients active mainly in the IT, Lifesciences, biotech, and pharma sectors. You will be working hand in hand with the MSP Consultants and represent a single-point-of-contact for our internal stakeholders. Next to a clear understanding of the business and culture, your role exists out of the following tasks
- Establish, foster and maintain positive and efficient working relationships with the internal teams and provide collaborative feedback to the team members.
- Recommend what processes can be improved.
- Facilitate communication between finance, billing, and internal teams
- Monitor all issue resolutions.
- Hold the internal teams accountable for client deliverables.
- Maintain data hygiene across our Management Services Provider (MSP) clients.
- Verify and align contractor bill rates in SAP Fieldglass, ensuring data accuracy before payment processing.
- Work closely with consultants to confirm data entries and provide a window for corrections if necessary.
- Liaise with our payroll provider for payment confirmations after all data verifications are completed by you.
- Manage KPIs related to the quality of invoice tracking portfolio of MSP clients utilizing SAP Fieldglass.
- Oversee and troubleshoot regular issues.
- Collaborate with ACC team members for data entry and manage training for new consultants on SAP Fieldglass usage and dashboards, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Generate timesheet data reports from SAP Fieldglass, update the data on dashboards, and provide consultants with necessary access for information review.
- Monitor and chase pending approvals of timesheets and handle direct communication with consultants, contractors, and PMOs.
- Maintain up-to-date dashboard information for contractor payments.
what you will need to be successful in this job
- You have a minimum bachelor degree and proven experience in data management, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation, Google sheets & Excel
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Ability to manage time effectively and demonstrate excellent follow-through
- Previous experience working with a Vendor Management System would be ideal (SAP Fieldglass)
- Ability to work independently through proper time management and close collaboration with the recruiters and consultants at the same time
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and handle difficult conversations
- Proven track record measured by customer service levels and satisfaction, SLA's and KPI's, increased responsibilities, and working relationships with colleagues and management
- Exercise strong initiative and independent judgment in problem reporting, problem resolution, and scheduling work. Know when to escalate to management.
