Description
- Support a full range of Desktop End User Technology (IT) needs
- Provide specialized, personalized, and expedited desktop services to the highest levels of employees and senior executives
- Track (in conjunction with the service desk) all trouble calls by the executives/staff, updating the tickets in Service Now as required and escalating where necessary, until completed
- Provide regular reporting statistics on support to the executive and selected staff within the business office as well as to customer management and support team
- Coordinate with customer management to ensure needed equipment and services are available to fulfil support requirements
- Process and procedure documentation
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience
- Well-founded experience in a IT support roll
- Ability to communicate at all levels and confident approach
- Ability to learn and apply technical information in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
