To help us pursue our corporate strategy of sustainable, responsible, qualitative and quantitative growth, we are looking for a

(Africa, Europe, Latin America) 

to join our headquarters in Dietlikon, Switzerland.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop, prepare and present customer-specific and proactive trend presentations, taking into account product trends, target group trends and market trends for national and international customers in the Fine Fragrance and Personal Care segments
• Take on independent responsibility for Fine Fragrance and Personal Care promotions for Africa, Europe and Latin America
• Create advertising texts and poetic scent descriptions
• Design storyboards and direct shoots (photo and video)
• Develop and evaluate olfactory concepts in collaboration with the Fragrance Design and Sales departments
• Stay up to date on the general market and trends in the area of fragrance, cosmetics, fashion, etc. with the help of various databases
• Regularly collaborate with different departments, such as: Sales, Fragrance Design, Perfumery and R&D
• Assist with running social media channels such as LinkedIn and Instagram

WHAT WE EXPECT

• University degree with a major in marketing/communications or other recognised training in the field of marketing
• At least five years of experience in the cosmetics/fragrance sector in a marketing role
• Excellent French and English skills (German is a plus)
• Reliable, precise, proactive, efficient, team-oriented way of working
• An eye for beauty, which is also reflected in graphic customer presentations and social media activities
• Enthusiasm for the topics of fragrances, beauty and lifestyle
