Unique Opportunity: Manufacturing Science and Technology Supervisor - 100%
Our trusted partner, a leading company in the life sciences sector, is seeking a Manufacturing Science and Technology Supervisor to join its dynamic team.
Your role:
Leading and managing manufacturing projects from activity coordination to cost definition.
Handling production change requests and quality notifications requiring biological expertise.
Actively contributing to the industrialization phase of clinical diagnostic projects, including production transfer and test execution.
What do I need to be successful?
What you bring:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, including team management.
A strong biological background.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Knowledge of GLP, with a bonus for immunohematology and familiarity with Minitab or GMP.
Proficiency in standard IT tools and strong language skills in French, with professional English preferred, and German as a significant asset.
