For our Communications Team, we are looking for an:

Your responsibilities

Support production and sending of internal messages across campuses.

Organize events to engage internal audiences.

Help create internal engagement campaigns.

Write, translate, review and send internal mass messages.

Create and publish online content for the Myehl intranet.

Organize information sessions for staff and/or students (rooms booking, invitations, agenda, recording).

Create presentations and produce reporting for the team.

Design and implement internal engagement campaigns.

Produce creative content for internal channels.

Who you are?

Recently graduated from a degree program or CFC in the fields of communication / marketing / business management/ journalism / literature.

Proficiency in English and French is required; German is a plus.

Strong writing and editing skills.

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.

Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
