To strengthen our Group Finance & Risk Department department, we are looking for a:
Treasury Back Office Specialist
TREASURY BACK OFFICE SPECIALIST
ROLE
- Manage treasury bank activities in a timely manner including payments processing, and deal confirmation and queries resolution
- Manage the onboarding of new banks & opening of bank accounts and maintain related mandates for bank account signatories
- Fulfil KYC requirements with relationship banks
- Maintain all intercompany loan documentation up to date
- Manage Treasury Management System master data and global eBanking access rights
- Ensure timely, complete and accurate accounting & reporting of treasury transactions including month-end closing, and guarantee their completeness and accuracy
- Run FX and Interest rate gains and losses calculation
- Review regularly the back-office processes and controls, ensuring operational risks are suitably monitored and managed under a strict controlled framework
- Manage end-of-year bank confirmation process for selected companies
- Support the implementation of treasury projects to increase operational excellence
PROFILE
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent
- 2-3 years of proven experience in international corporate treasury back office or a similar position
- Good knowledge of treasury products and processes (cash and debt products, foreign exchange)
- Understanding and knowledge of treasury accounting aspects
- Excellent knowledge in Excel, experience with Coupa Treasury TMS an asset
- Good analytical skills, respond well to pressure and to dynamic working environments
- Ability to work independently
- Fluent spoken and written English and French
