For our campus in Leysin and to replace an employee during her maternity leave, we are looking for a

• Assurer le bon fonctionnement de la cafétéria/restaurant au quotidien
• Fournir à tout moment un service de qualité au personnel et aux étudiants
• Compléter la formation pratique des étudiants en supervisant les heures de travail pendant leurs travaux pratiques
• Assister le F&B Manager dans ses tâches
• Assurer une bonne communication entre le personnel de service et de la cuisine

• CFC ou titre jugé équivalant en hôtellerie et restaurantion
• Minimum 2 ans d'expériences dans un poste similaire
• Première expérience en école hôtelière un atout
• Prise d'initiative, maturité et créativité
• Excellent communication in English, French an asset
