Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.
- Planning, coordination and organization/booking of meetings, trips and events
- Administration of Time Records and Training Management
- Creation, review, optimization as well as communication, presentations and reports
- Administrative Project Planning Support in SAP
- Support of Managers / Employees in administrative tasks
- Key user support for common software applications (e.g. MS-Office)
- Basic commercial training
- Further training as a management assistant or in business administration
- Work experience in a similar role
- Independent, structured way of working
- Communicate and organize
- Strong knowledge and skills in the use of applications (MS Office etc.)
- Fluent German (C2) and good knowledge of English (at least B2)
