Within the Perfumes Business Unit, in order to strengthen our Packaging Development & Promotional Purchasing department, we are recruiting a
Accountabilities
Product development management
You will be responsible for the management of promotional boxes program, gifts and point of Sales materials.
- Manage the development of your projects with a 360° scope (specifications, industrialization, planning coordination, profitability, CSR compliance)
- Bring your technical expertise to Marketing and Creative teams to setup and define the specifications of the product
- Support Creative team by providing innovative and alternative solutions
- Launch the requests for quotations, analyse the feedbacks and select the supplier together with internal teams
- Manage your budget on assigned projects

- All along the process, you raise opportunities to bring added value to the product or the development process (value analysis solutions, environmental performance, LEAN management)
- You point out and share the “risks & opportunities” to balance business sustainability and innovative ideas
- You strengthen the relationship with our key suppliers to better cope with CSR & environmental challenges, while benchmarking costs to ensure a long term profitability
- You define and follow the necessary KPIs in order to assess the environmental and economical performance of the department
Profile
Holder of a degree in Engineering or Purchasing, you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Product Development, Purchasing or Promotional items, preferably in Luxury/Beauty products. You have strong records in Projects Management and have demonstrated excellent analytical skills.
You are fluent in French and English and have excellent knowledge in Excel and data management.
Willingness to travel in Europe up to 15-20% in order to visit our suppliers.
Being strongly customer focused with a high product sensitivity, you are dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of your internal clients in quality and time. Rigorous, you are action and result oriented and capable to multitask effectively. Team oriented, you are seen as a truthful person, able to deliver. Your communication and negotiation skills ensure excellent relationships with your team and suppliers.
