Service Desk Coordinator
Activity rate: 70 – 100%
Contract type: 6 to 12 months, renewable.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Service desk Coordinator to lead and coach a small team of interns. This is a temporary position, with a renewal opportunity or conversion into a permanent role
What you will do as a Service desk Coordinator:
- Supervise a team of interns, including workload management, coaching and proper achievements of the activities within the defined timeline.
- Digitalize structured products data for risk analysis purpose
- Perform quality checks and ensure clients’ satisfaction with our services
What you will need as a Service desk Coordinator:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking and back-office operations roles.
- Previous experience with structured products i a plus.
- Fluent in French and English
