We are currently seeking a highly skilled and polyvalent R&D Designer to join our dynamic team. This role demands a blend of creativity and technical proficiency, focusing on sketching, graphic design, artwork creation and packaging industrial design. This is an unique opportunity for a designer passionate about bringing concepts to life and eager to contribute to groundbreaking projects.
Duration: Immediate start required, with the position running through December 31, 2024.
Experience Level: Ideal candidates will have 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience.
Place to work: Nestlé Research, Vers-Chez-les-Blanc
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion graphic design including artwork creation, sandbox branding, ad assets
- Master industrial design including sketches, 3D files, renderings
- Master the visualization of concepts, creating digital mockups, 2D and 3D assets
- Deploy design-thinking methodology and the most common ideation tools
- Build physical mock-ups and prototypes of packaging mainly
- Coordinate and prioritize basic tasks and activities in cross functional and multicultural projects
Essential Skills and Qualifications ? MUST HAVE:
- Strong skills and knowledge in both graphic and industrial design
- Knowledge in packaging design and technologies
- Understanding of the overall R&D process within the context of design
- Master the full Adobe Creative Suite
- Entrepreneur mindset, autonomous and can-do attitude
- English fluent
