Sales Manager Specialist Care Metabolic
Job description:
As our Field Sales Manager Specialist Care Metabolic, your will be responsible for managing and driving our specialist care metabolic sales unit within the sales department .
In addition, your tasks will also be to:
- Lead, motivate and inspire the Metabolic Sales Team, to achieve high performance results
- Develop and execute commercial strategies and goals to achieve sales objectives and strategic product sales development in the Metabolic sales market
- Ensure the Novo Nordisk Way and processes are followed
- Establish strong and sustainable relationship with key stakeholders in the Metabolic Market
- Driving increased standards for patient care
Required profile:
- Paramedical, medical, scientific or management education
- Proven experience preferably in Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), pharmaceutical, life sciences or healthcare industries
- Proven success as a team leader in a commercial organization, as a sales representative or Key Account Manager
- Solid experience of employee training , key/accounts/customer liaison
- Fluent in speaking German, English and French
