Responsibilities
- Specification, evaluation and prioritization of functional and technical requirements - internally, as well as with our B2B Partners Helvetia, Credit Suisse and PriceHubble
- Creation of user stories and functional concepts, requirement and solution specifications for IT implementation as well as testing of the technical and functional requirements
- Supporting the operation of the internal IT systems, customer-facing applications, including first-level support and parametrization for the entire Swiss-wide sales organization
- Planning and managing execution for customer-facing portals, real estate advisory tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) features from lead to closing
- Planning and managing execution of related offerings to generate holistic user experience.
- Stakeholder management with internal and external stakeholders
- Aligning the development team on business objectives and onboarding new developers
- Close collaboration with group internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Intelligence, Engineering and UX/UI) to launch digital products
- Interacting with users and clients to understand their needs and potential gain creators
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of the respective products to enable data-driven enhancements
- University degree in engineering, IT, mathematics, economics or equivalent
- At least 3 years of product management experience in the financial sector paired with very good analytical and conceptual skills
- High affinity for data and experience in the data-driven further development of technology platforms
- Experience with agile methods and programming skills are a plus
- Negotiation skills in German and English are required as well as excellent communication skills and team play
- Hands-on and can-do mentality and a strong willingness to learn new things in a tech environment, to go the extra mile for excellent results and to actively contribute
