Monday to Friday: 1.30 - 5.30 p.m.
Key responsibilities:
- Telephones, reception
- Supplier administration
- Meetings organization and welcoming clients
- Organization and management of workshops offered to clients in transition (planning, registration, follow-up, confirmations, room set-up)
- Various administrative support (documents layout, mailings, database updates, queries, etc.)
- Events organization (invitations, registration, preparation)
Profile:
- CFC of commercial employee or equivalent
- Fluent French and English
- At ease with IT applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, business applications)
- Experience in Clients administration
- Effective in managing various tasks
- Team spirit
