  • Leads and manages recruitment for all positions in the store team.
  • Leads and manages talent, development and performance management processes across the store team.
  • Conducts monthly one-on-one meetings with his direct reports
  • Schedules and executes store team training and development sessions.
  • Distributes and schedules the activities of the IQOS Store Coaches through monthly plans.
  • Manages the working schedules and hours.
  • Leads daily meetings which are used to distribute the different roles (cash register for example), to attribute store's areas to each employee and to determine the priorities of the day.
  • Monitors the weekly rotation of the IQOS Store Coaches' activities.
  • Oversees all the activities of the IQOS Store Coaches to identify improvement areas, but also to ensure that everyone is active.
  • Ensures that all sales activities are compliant with PMI NCA code of practice and local regulatory requirements
  • Provide regular feedback and performs on-the-job coaching, additional to constructive feedback through one-on-one meetings.
  • Provides examples on consumer service and after-sales behaviours to the IQOS Store Coaches by interacting directly with consumers.
  • During the daily and the one-on-one meetings, creates roleplays to train the IQOS Store Coaches to the area(s) of sales and/or consumer service that need(s) improvement.
  • You will be the direct connection between the head office and the team and, in doing so, share with them new guidelines.
  • Ensure the guidelines provided are complied with.
  • Weekly and monthly, report the store's NPS.
  • Evaluates the team performance through the KPIS.
  • Share store opening/closing tasks with other team members with managerial responsibilities.
  • Organize the store's stock and check it regularly.
  • Check the display of the products twice a day throughout the store using guidelines.
  • Place, confirm and checks the products order.
  • Check the quality of the delivered merchandise and, if the devices are faulty, ship them back to the appropriate location.
  • Manages store budgets.
  • Verify the cleanliness of the store daily and contributes to it to set examples.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

  • A minimum of 5 years of retail experience or similar service-led consumer care experience
  • A minimum of 3 years managing a retail store or retail team
  • French mandatory, English Recommended.
  • Intermediate operational knowledge of retail and business systems (e.g. POS, inventory management, MS Office etc.)
