To further support our Purchasing department, we are looking for an :
Your Missions :
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job ads to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top talent.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
Your Profile :
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- 2 years of experience as a recruiter in the industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment or within a scale-up company.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Fluency in English/French
- Driving license
