Communication Manager
You will report directly to the Head Group Communications and will have the following responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the Group's financial communications including half-year and annual report, results press releases, and presentations
- Creation of questions and answers, messaging and briefings
- Support of executive communications through ghost-writing of speeches and presentations
- Reputation issue and crisis management
- Communication support for branches about group-relevant corporate and PR topics
- Media Representative for the Group
- Further education in communication, journalism or similar
- Several years of work experience in corporate communication and as media relations generalist
- Relevant experience in financial communication OR in issue management is an absolute must
- Excellent English is required, German is a strong asset
- Proficiency with MS Office and Sharepoint, affinity to work with content management systems
- Social, flexible, service-oriented personality who enjoys teamwork and values open exchange
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on attitude
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with senior management
- Independent and resourceful self-starter who knows how to anticipate, determine priorities and meet deadlines
- High level of confidentiality and stress-resistance
