About you
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to take care of our North American business from our Yverdon office in Switzerland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing our sales with an exclusive focus on the North American market. To better perform on that market, we are looking for a native US English speaker. You will be in charge of the business development of new logos, convert inbound leads, up-sell & cross-sell within the base of accounts for North America. You will need to monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share. Your collaborative nature and will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to a culture of achievement to exceed revenue and productivity targets
- Setting clear expectations around revenue generating activities for creating pipeline
- Contribute to sales proposals/estimates/quotes; deliver to customer
- Actively participating in the overall sales cycle, from new client prospection to closure, Initiate the sales cycle for large deals and involve senior leaders throughout the process
- Track sales activities in CRM, tasks and reminders, maintain and update sales forecast
- Provide regular reports to manager against goals and key objectives
- Actively work to maintain strong relationships with existing customer base while identifying opportunity for expanding usage
- Working with the marketing team for feedback collection and content improvement

- Must: 3 to 8 years experience in a sales team in a SaaS or technology sales environment
- Must: Live within 1 hour from Yverdon to participate in our company work-life
- Must: native English with North American spoken accent & North American cultural understanding
- Proven track record of consistently achieving revenue target, KPI’s and strategic objectives for a software product
- Strong business development experience and experience bringing and closing new clients
- Experience managing and closing complex B2B sales cycles with C-level decision makers
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing with a high volume of calls per day
- Autonomy and Proactivity
- Organization and Planning, Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Follow-through on commitments
- Passion, highly collaborative practices and team player
- Experience selling to North American Market
- Has studied, lived or worked in North America
- Work flexible hours to cover North American Market
- University degree
- French speaking is a plus
