Your Missions

1. Quality System Management

• Coordinate quality management system update
• Provide operational support to all internal departments in order to guarantee the proper implementation and compliance of processes with regard to ISO quality requirements
• Coordinate periodic quality reviews to ensure: correct application of the QSM, indicators review and analysis, implementing and monitoring continuous improvement actions
• Organize internal quality audits and training
• Organize and coordinate external audits for quality certification and renewal
• Ensure the correct implementation of auditors recommendations
• Support quality certification efforts at Group level

1. Operational Quality Management

• Work closely with R&D Validation team on the inspection and testing of products to verify conformance with specifications and deliverables
• Work closely with Operations team to identify and manage operational quality issues related to Production, Repair, Industrialization, Procurement,…
• Work closely with Technical Support team to ensure periodic analysis and report based on tickets database and RMA (issues typology, quantity,…)
• Non-conformity management:

- Identification and documentation

- Root cause analysis

- Implementation of immediate action or actions plan

- Documentation, monitoring and follow-up

Requirements

• Engineering or Master’s degree
• Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, CQE (certified quality engineer), or CQA (certified quality auditor)
• 5 years’ experience in similar role, in an industrial field
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, and experience with methodologies such as PDCA and 8D.
• Deep knowledge of quality assurance certification process, regulation, methods, and tools
• Proficiency in quality tools, such as statistical process control, root cause analysis, and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent coordination, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments to develop a culture of continuous improvement and drive impactful change
• Fluent in French and English
