Software Engineer DevOps
Tasks
- You drive the transition of search features from development to deployment.
- You collaborate with the scrum team to make the most of your work.
- You research solutions for our next use cases, e.g. MLOps for vector search.
- You develop efficient deployment workflows based on infrastructure-as-code principles.
- You tweak the configuration of our search engine infrastructure for optimal performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in professional, backend-oriented software engineering.
- Degree in computer science (ETH/UNI/FH) or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of object oriented programming (e.g. C#/.NET).
- Grasp of DevOps technologies (e.g. Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
- Knowledge of Elastic Search is a plus.
