Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare Records for long-term archiving (filing, indexing, index metadata review, updating the archive inventory)
  • Supervise the transfer of Records to an external Records Retention Service Provider and perform reconciliation
  • Provide access to archived Records to internal customers
  • Support the Document Management team in certain quality document management related tasks including controlled copy management
  • Interface function to our internal customers with regard to RIM and certain document management procedures
  • Support the overall compliance of RIM related processes and requirements and their further development
  • Support activities to ensure the defined KPIs and project timelines
  • Administrative support in training management

Who we are looking for

  • Completed vocational or university education in a related field (commercial, business administration, records management, Library & information management, LIS)
  • Work experience in Records and Information Management or Document Management preferred
  • Experience in working in a GxP environment is a plus
  • Excellent teamwork and customer-oriented skills are required
  • Accurate, precise, and independent way of working
  • Ability to work in different cultural environments
  • Very good English communication
  • Good level of German communication is a major plus
