Join our dynamic team as a Senior Communication Enablement Manager, where your expertise will play a pivotal role in establishing effective communication practices. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you will contribute to strategic projects and enhance customer experience through impactful communications.

Tasks:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish communication ground rules for various types of communication and define the lifecycle communication strategy for key journeys based on those
  • Compile a repository of existing communication templates and triggers
  • Revisit the repository in-line with agreed-upon strategy or deliver new communication templates for key journeys
  • Collaborate with IT and Platforms Enablement team to identify and implement optimal communication platforms and support software tools
  • Develop an incidents management approach for communication-related issues
  • Support communication delivery for major projects within Consumer Main Brand
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years experience working on strategic projects involving customers experience and IT
  • Proven record in successful stakeholder management
  • Experience in lifecycle communication
  • Strong conceptual and strategy thinking, ability to capture a big picture and distill it into tactical plan
  • Killer instinct- ability to make things happen
  • High proficiency in German and English, knowledge of French and Italian languages is advantageous
