Stäubli Electrical Connectors is a leading international manufacturer of electrical contacts and system solutions for the industry.

  • Develop and coordinate a global, holistic training & education program (technical and educational aspects) for Alternative Energy's Business
  • Concept and create relevant content & tools for various communication channels (online/ offline), ensuring consistent voice/ quality and oversee the allocated budget to ensure maximum effectiveness
  • Manage internal (train the trainer) and external (strategic partners) training activities (meeting events, conferences, webinars, etc.) on the relevant content and monitor the effectiveness
  • Qualify the market/ target groups' needs and operational staff and adapt the program accordingly
  • Promote and increase the training activity (and revenues) worldwide
  • Support in the development and implementation of the segment's marketing strategy and initiatives by focusing on the different target-group's requirements and journey
  • Ability to travel (10% - 20%)

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management or renewable/ electrical engineering
  • Past work experience as a Photovoltaics system engineer/ electrical design, project manager or similar role (minimum of 5+ years)
  • Understanding and experience in content creation process with proven record in leading projects and campaigns (training capabilities implementation and management preferable)
  • Strong communicator (written and verbal), excellent in both, analytics as well as creative/ innovative thinking
  • Customer-focused personality, with great social competence and network builder in a diverse team of stakeholders
  • Independent yet being a reliable and flexible team-player with excellent interpersonal skill and cross-functional stakeholder management skill
  • High-level thinker with healthy obsession for details. Motivation towards small and bigger tasks
  • English at native speaker level, German very good knowledge, Spanish knowledge is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office and CRM, Photoshop is a plus
