To strengthen our Digital Marketing team, we are looking for a Trainee Digital Marketing to support scalable, data-driven marketing execution across our OEM Partnering Business and LSB-specific business units.

Trainee Digital Marketing - Fix-term 6 months (100%)

Your contribution

As Trainee Digital Marketing, you take operational ownership of defined digital marketing activities and support the execution and continuous optimization of account-based marketing initiatives. Your work directly contributes to campaign speed, data quality, and stable, repeatable marketing processes.

Your responsibilities include:

• Executing and optimizing account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives within Tecan's OEM Partnering Business
• Setting up, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across LSB-specific business units in line with defined business objectives
• Maintaining and continuously improving the marketing contact database, including structured data imports, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Monitoring campaign performance and preparing regular reports to support data-driven optimization
• Supporting the day-to-day operation of CRM and CMS systems, ensuring data integrity and usability for sales and marketing teams
• Contributing to the development of service automation workflows and lead management processes to improve operational efficiency
  

This is a 6 months fixed-term position with the possibility for extension, offering a clear perspective to grow into a specialist role in digital marketing.

Your background

You combine curiosity, structure, and a strong hands-on mindset. You enjoy working with data, systems, and digital tools and want to build a solid foundation in digital marketing within an international environment.

You bring:

• You are currently or recently completed your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or a comparable field
• First practical exposure through internships, student jobs, or project work in digital marketing or sales operations
• A basic understanding of digital marketing processes or sales operations
• Business-level English, German or any other languages is a nice to have
• A structured, reliable working style and the ability to execute tasks independently
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms such as HubSpot
• Interest in AI-supported marketing tools and data-driven optimization
