For a well-known Company in the power field, we have the pleasure to look for an HR Specialist for a fixed period of 6 months.

In this role, you'll be Implements proper service processes related to the various service lines for an assigned employee group (Employee Lifecycle, Integrated Talent, Global Mobility, Training, Compensation, Salary, People Analytics or HRIS).

Provides appropriate support to internal customers and provides accurate and timely information processing for all stakeholders.

Delivers and implements assigned HR services in accordance with all standard operating procedures/policies or other applicable procedures and defined service level agreements.

HR background or diploma

previous experience in the same role in CH at least 5 years

English & Italian: professional working proficiency; other national languages are a plus

Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills

kind, empathetic, proactive and supportive towards the team

We offer a fix term temporary contract of 6 months inside a very dynamic and stimulating work environment.
