Program Manager EMEA

As Program Manager, Business Process you will execute projects and programs to implement business process improvement focused on standardizing and optimizing the delivery and implementation of Radiation Oncology Solutions products. You will define business requirements to implement products and services from order to cash for new products and releases, ensuring operational readiness prior to product launch, providing program management support and leadership for Global Installations initiatives.

What you will do:

  • Plan and execute projects and programs that will have a positive impact on operational efficiency
  • Work across GEOs and functions to identify order-to-cash processes and barriers to execution, and develop solutions to reduce implementation project cycle time
  • Identify and work with SMEs across all GEOs to develop, standardize, and optimize policies, procedures, forms, and checklists for new and existing products
  • Determine and evaluate Installations requirements and impact for new products and releases
  • Collaborate with SMEs within each GEO to document and test business processes impacted by the product release cycle for new and existing products
  • Partner with Installations leadership within each GEO to share and collect and disseminate product and process information to cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with the Global Business Support team to determine metrics and reporting requirements for Installations that will enable increased operational efficiency

What you will have:

  • Ability to be impartial and diplomatic when working across GEOs/Regions to determine the best solution
  • Ability, competence, and confidence to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Strong organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Significant experience in managing large, complex projects/programs
  • Practical experience with process mapping and improvement
  • Experience with developing and delivering training
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to work successfully under pressure

Typical Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Sound experience in related position
