With exceptional exhibitions, unique original objects, fascinating stories, multimedia and interactive experiences as well as thought-provoking cultural and educational programs, the home of football history is a lively and passionate platform for fans and visitors to meet, connect and engage with each other.
To enhance our team, we are looking for a Cultural Tour Guide (on booking, hourly basis) with immediate effect or by arrangement.

Your responsibilities:
- Leading guided tours in the FIFA Museum (groups, companies, public tours, school classes, families, etc.)
- Leading guided tours of special exhibitions
- Familiarization with the themes and focal points of the permanent exhibition
- Familiarization with the themes and focal points of special exhibitions
- Participation in trainings and quarterly meetings
- Collaboration and support of the museum team during special events
Your profile:
- Personal connection and passion for football as a sport as well as a cultural asset and social phenomenon
- Very good language skills in French, German and English
- Willingness to develop a modern understanding of mediation
- Flexibility for assignments during the museum's opening hours (10.00 to 18.00)
- Weekend assignments
- Experience in mediation work in other cultural institutions
