Our client, a prestigious Private Bank in Geneva, is looking for a Russian and English speaking experienced Private Banking Assistant in Geneva.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle account openings, closings, archiving, scanning, and filing of correspondence
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding investment performance and address any issues or complaints promptly
- Professionally manage client queries via email, telephone, etc.
- Ensure high-quality client reporting and resolve any related issues
- Assist in business development efforts, including preparing presentations and marketing materials
- Support the implementation of sales process reporting procedures
- Assist Relationship Managers in providing quality service to clients and increasing assets and revenue
- Manage diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Branch Manager
- Organize and attend meetings, ensuring the manager is well-prepared
- Monitor cash positions and manage maturities for non-managed clients
- Undertake specific projects, research, and support marketing events
- Train new assistants.
Profile Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Private Banking Assistant in Switzerland
- Commercial School education, preferably with a bank apprenticeship
- Familiarity with FATCA, Taxes, KYC, and Cross-Border regulations
- Proficiency in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work well in a team, under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, time management skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and integrated thinking abilities
